Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Controls Analyst to support Energy-as-a-Service projects, focusing on HVAC optimization, performance analysis, and energy savings verification across complex multi-building portfolios. You will translate engineering intent into control logic, troubleshoot issues, and drive measurable improvements in operational performance.

Ideal candidates have advanced HVAC knowledge, BAS experience, and collaboration skills to work with engineering and commissioning teams on energy

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field or 4 years of experience in lieu of degree
2+ years of experience in HVAC controls, design, energy management, or relevant fields
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to interact professionally with owners, owners’ representatives, contractors, engineers and architects
Knowledge of commercial MEP equipment design and operations

Responsibilities

Understand DDC controls and develop energy conservation measures with the project team
Participate in site surveys, documentation review, and due diligence to determine facility conditions
Lead retro-commissioning and commissioning efforts on assigned projects
Troubleshoot, optimize, and modify BAS programming to implement energy measures
Collaborate with the project team to ensure high quality, functional and optimized systems
