Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Controls Analyst to optimize HVAC systems and energy performance across multi-building portfolios in higher education and healthcare. You will evaluate BAS architectures, troubleshoot performance, and deploy advanced control sequences in collaboration with engineering and commissioning teams.

The role requires strong analytical skills, retro-commissioning experience, and the ability to translate engineering intent into effective control logic.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in engineering or 4 years experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years in HVAC controls, design, energy management, or related fields.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to interact professionally with owners, contractors, engineers and architects.
• Knowledge of commercial MEP equipment design and operations.

Responsibilities

• Understand DDC controls and provide energy conservation measures.
• Lead site surveys, reviews, and due diligence for facility conditions.
• Perform retro-commissioning and commissioning on projects.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and modify BAS programming for energy measures.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure high quality, functional systems.
• Utilize instrumentation to verify system operation and energy performance.
• Maintain awareness of energy performance across assigned scopes.
• Identify corrective actions and track implementation with the team.
