MOHR Talent is seeking a technician to diagnose and optimize building automation and HVAC control systems. You will program, troubleshoot, and commission BAS equipment across service, retrofit, and new installations.
Travel to customer sites is required; you will work in mechanical rooms, rooftops, and installations while ensuring proper sequencing and system operation. Background in BAS/DDC and low-voltage wiring is essential.
Use your controls expertise to improve how buildings operate. We're looking for a technician who can diagnose system problems, make programming changes, and take equipment from installation through successful startup. You'll support building automation, HVAC controls, and energy management systems across service assignments, retrofit projects, and new installations.
Equipment may include air handlers, VAV systems, chillers, cooling towers, heat pumps, and variable frequency drives.
Relevant controls certifications and manufacturer training are welcome.
This position requires travel to customer sites and work in mechanical rooms, on rooftops, and on ladders. Background and drug screening are required.
