Qualifications

• Experience installing, wiring, and commissioning HVAC control systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, control diagrams, wiring schematics, and sequences of operation.
• Proven troubleshooting skills for BAS networks and field devices.

Responsibilities

• Install, wire, terminate, and commission HVAC control systems, including controllers, sensors, actuators, thermostats, and field devices.
• Install low-voltage control wiring, networks, and raceway systems per specs and codes.
• Read and interpret blueprints, control diagrams, wiring schematics, sequences of operation, and drawings.
• Perform startup, testing, commissioning, and verification of HVAC control systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair building automation systems, controllers, field devices, networks, and interfaces.
• Calibrate sensors and transmitters to ensure accurate operation.
• Diagnose and resolve BAS communication issues with BACnet, Modbus, and other protocols.
