Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HVAC or commercial construction
• Strong coordination and scheduling skills
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple HVAC construction projects with timelines and budgets
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Negotiate installation costs and coordinate equipment needs early
• Schedule material deliveries and maintain project updates in Salesforce
• Communicate with project managers and field teams to align on progress
• Prepare monthly project billings and resolve billing discrepancies
• Review change orders to ensure additional work is captured and compensated
• Participate in weekly project review meetings
