Accutemp Engineering Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC construction projects from planning and design through installation, billing, closeout, and turnover.

The role involves coordination with internal teams, field labor, subs, vendors, and customers to align scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and documentation. Ideal candidates have strong HVAC knowledge, financial accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• High level HVAC knowledge and project-management skills.
• Experience with HVAC piping and sheet metal takeoffs.
• Familiarity with design-build and plan-and-spec processes.

Responsibilities

• Review project proposals, contracts, drawings, specs, schedules and scope.
• Develop and maintain a practical project plan with milestones and procurement.
• Lead assigned projects from award through completion and turnover.
• Maintain project schedule and coordinate with field teams and stakeholders.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout activities.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and project profitability.
