Job summary

Northern Air is seeking a reliable New Construction and HVAC Coordinator to support our HVAC department's daily administrative functions in Fort Collins. The ideal candidate will stay organized, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and assist with scheduling, documentation, and coordination with technicians and builders.

The role emphasizes strong communication and teamwork, with a weekday schedule and a compensation range of $21–$27 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• HVAC-related experience.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing appointments.
• Schedule rough-ins, trims, and F/O.
• Document jobs and builders, warranties, units after calls are logged.
• Maintain organized records for HVAC projects, contracts, and client information.
• Coordinate with superintendent and take contractor calls.
• Prepare paperwork including invoices and purchase orders.
