Northern Air seeks a New Construction and HVAC Coordinator to support our growing team in Fort Collins. You will handle administrative duties, scheduling, data entry, and customer service to keep projects moving smoothly from bid to install.

Starting part-time with a clear path to full-time, this role offers hands-on mentorship, in-house training, and a stable, local culture. A strong communicator who stays organized will thrive in our collaborative office and field environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC-related experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with office and field teams.

Responsibilities

• Administrative support including answering phones, emails, and scheduling.
• Schedule rough-ins, trims, and field operations documents.
• Process paperwork such as invoices and purchase orders.
• Maintain filing systems and records for HVAC projects.
• Coordinate with technicians and superintendents for service calls and installations.
• Enter data into the company database and Service Titan.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and service agreements.
