Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Construction Manager-HVAC to lead large HVAC projects from initiation through closeout.

You will work with superintendents, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and to support proposals, specs, estimates, schedules, and sales efforts. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in construction-related fields, HVAC/mechanical contracting experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce and eBuilder experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Related field.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to, validate, and sign off on proposals and specifications.
• Plan program phases and project schedules; manage cost estimates and timelines.
• Direct Project Managers, technicians, and superintendents; oversee project billings.
