Rust-Oleum is seeking a Construction Management Associate to support HVAC restoration projects. In this role, you will assist Construction Managers and Project Superintendents to ensure projects are completed safely and on time.

The position involves project coordination, documentation management, and direct communication with field teams. Candidates should be capable of traveling as needed and will enjoy various benefits including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must have transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to travel out of town if required.
• Open to relocation after completion of the program.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating HVAC restoration projects.

• Maintain project files and documentation.
