Insight Global is seeking a Buyer in Pleasanton, CA to support construction projects with a focus on HVAC equipment and materials. You will manage PO creation, vendor pricing, deliveries, and invoice verification, coordinating with project and field teams to ensure on-time procurement.

The role requires 1–2+ years in construction purchasing, experience with HVAC parts, and proficiency in Excel and Word. JD Edwards (JDE) experience is a strong plus; high school diploma required.

• 1–2+ years of buying/procurement experience in construction.
• Experience with HVAC parts and equipment.
• Experience creating and managing POs and change orders.
• Vendor negotiation and follow-up experience.
• Strong attention to detail with pricing, invoices, and data entry.
• Excel and Word proficiency; JD Edwards (JDE) experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades
