Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC commissioning or controls, or comparable trade school background.
• Hands-on with BAS/BMS systems from major vendors.
• Proficient in programming, configuring and testing HVAC controls.
• Ability to perform functional testing and diagnostics on systems.
• Strong understanding of sequence of operations and logic.
• CxA/NEBB/AABC commissioning certifications preferred.
• Experience with energy efficiency or LEED commissioning.
• Electrical controls and low-voltage troubleshooting experience.
• Experience leading commissioning on large projects.
• Knowledge of integration with other building systems.
