Job summary

Aeroseal is seeking a Commercial Project Manager to lead HVAC and building performance projects from turnover through closeout. You will own planning, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and client communications while coordinating with field teams and subcontractors at both project sites.

The role requires strong leadership, risk and safety management, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Travel is significant to support kickoff and site activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum of five years of commercial construction or HVAC project management experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems, mechanical construction, and project financials.
• Experience managing project budgets above $500k and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Sales-to-Operations turnover and review estimates, assumptions, exclusions, and budgets.
• Review contracts, drawings, and requirements to confirm scope and deliverables.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and support change orders, value engineering, and budget updates.
• Lead project kickoff meetings and coordinate field resources.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, permits, and documentation.
• Monitor schedules, safety, quality, and customer communication.
• Oversee financial performance: forecasting, billing, margins, and variance recovery.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction across all stakeholders.
