Qualifications

• Five years of commercial construction or HVAC project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and mechanical construction.
• Experience managing multiple projects with budgets over $500,000.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from turnover through closeout and warranty support.
• Oversee planning, procurement, scheduling, and financial performance.
• Manage safety, quality, and customer communications.
