USA Mechanical & Energy Service is seeking an Estimator to support a scalable commercial HVAC business in CT. You will perform take-offs, develop design/build budgets, and prepare detailed proposals while coordinating with accounts, project managers, vendors, and subs. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is expected.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Based in East Granby, CT.

Formación

• High School degree with job-related experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient with software platforms and cloud-based drives.

Responsabilidades

• Perform take-offs of materials, labor and subcontractors for HVAC and Plumbing projects.
• Read blueprints and specifications to determine materials and equipment.
• Prepare design/build budget estimates and value engineering estimates.
• Create detailed estimating spreadsheets and proposals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and customers to gather bids.
• Ensure timely estimates for bid deadlines and reviews.
