This full-time role leverages company-provided appointments, training, and a proven brand to help homeowners select heating and cooling solutions that fit their homes and budgets.

You'll meet homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments, evaluate current systems, discuss options, and guide customers through the purchasing process with no cold

Qualifications

• Two or more years of consultative sales, in-home sales, or customer-facing experience.
• Strong ability to establish trust and communicate with homeowners.
• Confidence presenting options and asking for the sale.
• Self-motivated approach with the ability to manage a flexible field schedule.
• Strong organization and follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.
• Proficient with sales software.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Meet homeowners at scheduled in-home appointments.
• Assess existing HVAC equipment and household comfort concerns.
• Recommend appropriate heating, cooling, and indoor comfort solutions.
• Explain equipment choices, pricing, and financing options.
• Create clear and accurate proposals.
• Follow up with customers throughout the decision-making process.
• Coordinate sold projects with installation and operations teams.
