Bob Heinmiller Air Conditioning in the Greater Orlando Area is hiring an HVAC Comfort Consultant to drive residential sales. Base pay plus uncapped commission, with a focus on helping homeowners improve comfort, efficiency, and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• HVAC industry sales experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and territory independently.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
• Requires a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to understand comfort needs and recommend HVAC solutions.
• Perform in-home consultations and present replacement options based on customer needs.
• Develop sales opportunities from provided leads and assigned territory.
• Build trust with customers through education, professionalism, and excellent service.
• Create accurate proposals and explain system options, benefits, and financing solutions.
• Manage the sales process from initial consultation through closing.
• Work closely with installation and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain strong follow-up and communication throughout the sales cycle.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals and company objectives.
