Frank's AC seeks an energized HVAC Outbound Sales Representative to drive growth in Saint Cloud, FL. You will conduct outbound outreach, identify customer needs, and present maintenance plans and financing options, building relationships with homeowners and managers.

This role emphasizes consultative selling, quota attainment, and collaboration with installation and service teams. The position offers base salary plus uncapped commission, with ongoing product training and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• 2+ years outbound sales experience (in-home, B2C, or B2B preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to generate leads through cold calling and networking.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)
• 2+ years outbound sales experience (in‑home, B2C, or B2B preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to generate leads through cold calling and networking
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems or willingness to learn
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
