Cranney Home Services in Danvers, MA is seeking a driven Project Manager to guide homeowners through in-home solutions for plumbing, HVAC and electrical needs. You will conduct sales consultations, size equipment, design installation plans, and prepare accurate proposals.

What You'll Do

What Success Looks Like

• Maintain a 25-30% sales conversion rate
• Generate approximately $1 million in annual sales during your first full year
• Consistently provide an exceptional customer experience from consultation through project completion

Requirements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in home services or home improvement
• Construction knowledge and strong mechanical aptitude
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/sales applications
• Knowledge of local building codes and residential product lines is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive attitude with a passion for helping customers
