Cranney Home Services is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to service residential systems in our Danvers MA area. You’ll perform maintenance, diagnose issues, and communicate clearly with homeowners about what’s needed and why.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a licensed HVAC training program.
• EPA Certification required.
• Ability to run service calls independently.
• Basic electrical knowledge, including low-voltage systems.
• Basic knowledge of A/C and furnace components.
• 1+ year of HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and identifying HVAC parts and components.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate, thorough service notes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Tablet proficiency and comfort using technology in the field.
• Strong willingness to learn and continuously develop your technical skills and knowledge.
