Cranney Home Services is seeking an HVAC Maintenance Technician to service residential systems in Danvers, MA. You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling equipment, communicate clearly with homeowners, and maintain thorough service notes.

Requirements include graduation from an HVAC training program and EPA certification. Strong customer service, safety focus, and teamwork are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a licensed HVAC training program.
• EPA Certification required.
• 1+ year HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform HVAC maintenance and service on residential home comfort systems.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about recommended services and explain what is needed and why.
• Ask thoughtful questions and listen carefully to homeowners' needs and concerns.
• Identify comfort issues and recommend high-quality solutions.

• Work collaboratively with other HVAC Technicians and learn from their knowledge and experience.

Requirements

• Graduate of a licensed HVAC training program.
• EPA Certification required.
• Ability to run service calls independently.
• Basic electrical knowledge, including low-voltage systems.
• Basic knowledge of A/C and furnace components.
• 1+ year of HVAC installation experience preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and identifying HVAC parts and components.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate, thorough service notes.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.Tablet proficiency and comfort using technology in the field.
• Strong willingness to learn and continuously develop your technical skills and knowledge.
