Qualifications

• 2-3 years HVAC sales experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems.
• Ability to explain technical concepts simply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customer needs and recommend HVAC solutions.
• Educate homeowners on system options, rebates, financing opportunities, energy-efficiency incentives, and long-term costs.
• Prepare detailed proposals and estimates with accuracy and clarity.
• Build long-term relationships by delivering a trusted, professional experience.
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to nurture relationships and close sales.
• Educate customers on add-on products like IAQ systems, humidifiers, smart thermostats, UV lights.
• Ensure installation teams have needed information for success.
• Collaborate with service techs, installers, and office staff for outstanding experiences.
• Maintain timely communication with customers and internal teams throughout sales/installation.
• Stay informed on latest HVAC tech and industry trends.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline in the CRM.
• Work with installation teams for smooth handoffs.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after installation.
• Represent Comfort Systems of Montana with professionalism and integrity.
