Job summary

Comfort Systems of Montana is seeking an HVAC Customer Service Representative in Bozeman to be the main liaison between customers and service technicians. Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience in customer service, dispatching, or project management.
• Knowledge of HVAC industry preferred but not required.
• Proficient computer skills including CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text.
• Provide clear communication regarding service timelines and pricing expectations.
• Create and maintain a positive, solutions‑oriented customer experience.
• Confirm appointments and follow up with customers before and after service calls.
• Collect customer feedback and manage review requests.
• Outbound calls to schedule preventative maintenance and book service techs.
