Comfort Systems of Montana in Bozeman is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our tenured, tight-knit team and be part of building our residential service and retrofit department. This role offers year-round work, extensive training, and growth opportunities within a veteran-owned local family business.

You will diagnose, repair, and optimize system performance, mentor junior techs, and collaborate with the sales team while upholding safety and quality standards.

Formación

• 5+ years HVAC service experience.
• EPA certification required; Nate training provided.
• Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan and digital measurement tools.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair furnace, heat pump, and AC systems.
• Conduct system performance checks for airflow and pressures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections.
• Handle refrigerant according to EPA regulations.
• Calibrate controls and program communicating systems.
• Collaborate with sales for replacement proposals and approvals.
