Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful sales experience (HVAC experience required).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Positive, coachable, and driven attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• A valid driver's license in the state of work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct In-Home Consultations with homeowners to evaluate HVAC needs and discuss solutions.
• Present HVAC products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Prepare accurate pricing estimates based on customer requirements and guidelines.
• Close sales using effective techniques to meet or exceed targets.
• Follow up to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support.
• Leverage company-provided leads and self-generated prospects to maximize opportunities.
• Attend training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and installation schedules.
