SWAN Denver is seeking a motivated Comfort Advisor to help homeowners choose HVAC solutions for comfort, indoor air quality, and energy efficiency. You’ll guide customers through tailored options and close sales with our proven process.

This is a 100% commission-based role for high performers. With qualified leads, strong products, and comprehensive training, you can earn a substantial six-figure income with no cap on earnings.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of successful sales experience (HVAC experience required).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and closing skills.
• Positive, coachable, and driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct In-Home Consultations with homeowners to evaluate HVAC needs and discuss solutions.
• Present HVAC solutions and explain products/services to help customers decide.
• Prepare accurate and competitive pricing estimates per guidelines.
• Close sales by applying effective sales techniques and meeting targets.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support.
• Leverage provided leads and self-generated prospects to maximize opportunities.
• Attend ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and installation schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct In-Home Consultations: Meet with homeowners to evaluate their HVAC needs, perform assessments, and discuss potential solutions.
• Present HVAC Solutions: Provide detailed explanations of our HVAC products and services, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Prepare Estimates: Develop accurate and competitive pricing estimates based on customer requirements and company guidelines.

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
