Windy City HVAC Repair is seeking an experienced Comfort Advisor to drive in-home HVAC replacements with zero training required. Earn 10% commission on closed sales, with no cap, and a guaranteed base ramp for 90 days.

You’ll present Rheem and DuraStar options, manage pricing, and work directly with ownership to influence growth and sales strategy. The role pays highly on performance, with leadership opportunities as the business scales and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC replacement sales experience.
• $1M+ annual production preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Run in-home replacement consultations and size the system.
• Build trust and close on first visit when appropriate.
• Present financing options confidently.
• Write clean, accurate proposals using pricing tools.
• Maintain customer touchpoints while admin handles CRM updates.
• Possess a pathway to leadership as the company grows.
