Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC experience.
• Comfort Advisor or HVAC sales experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Visit homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations.
• Assess comfort needs and present HVAC replacement options.
• Perform system evaluations during maintenance and service calls.
• Explain system features and energy efficiency benefits; discuss financing options.
• On-call days to respond to emergency service needs.
