Job summary

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling in Anderson, IN is seeking a full-time HVAC Technician - Comfort Advisor. You’ll visit homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations, assess comfort needs, present replacement options, and guide customers to the best solutions.

You’ll use company tools like an iPad and FieldPulse to organize appointments, perform system evaluations, explain energy-saving features and financing options, and participate in on-call emergency service when needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC experience.
• Comfort Advisor or HVAC sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Professional, motivated and solution-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

Job description

Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is hiring a full-time HVAC Technician - Comfort Advisor in Anderson, IN. In this role, you'll earn hourly pay plus performance-based pay and SPIFs, with total earnings potential between $75,000 and $100,000/year, and top performers can exceed that range.

This is a full-time heating and cooling service position, Monday through Friday, with in-home consultations scheduled as needed. You'll also participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service when needed.

HVAC TECHNICIAN - COMFORT ADVISOR REQUIREMENTS:

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS AN HVAC TECHNICIAN - COMFORT ADVISOR

As an HVAC Technician - Comfort Advisor, you'll use company-provided tools like an iPad and FieldPulse to organize and document your appointments.
