RighTime Home Services in Corona, CA is seeking a Comfort Advisor to join our team. Previous HVAC sales experience is required; we offer 100% pre-qualified leads, no canvassing, and no HVAC knowledge required because we train you.

This role offers uncapped commissions with the potential to earn $100k to $200k+ per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package and training programs to help you advance. You’ll meet with customers in their homes to present options and close sales.

Qualifications

• Experience in Outside Sales and One-Call-Close in a residential in-home environment or similar.
• Proven sales track record.
• Ability to travel to pre-set appointments in a company vehicle.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to access attics and crawl spaces as required.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background checks and valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience in Outside Sales, One-Call-Close, in a residential in-home environment. Experience in the skilled trades business model; HVAC, Plumbing, Pest Control, Lawn Care, Roofing, Air Conditioning, Siding, Windows, Solar, Counter Tops, Kitchen & Baths, Security, etc.
• Proven sales track record
• Ability to travel to pre-set appointments throughout your assigned area in company provided work vehicle.
• A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and/or weekends as needed.
• Willingness to go into attics and crawl spaces on a regular basis.
• All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen, background checks and must have a valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Bilingual preferred.
