Job summary

Yost and Campbell is seeking an HVAC Comfort Advisor to support and grow the client base through solution-based selling. The role involves calculating building loads, defining scopes of work and estimates, and staying updated on incentives and rebates to maximize client value.

The successful candidate will have outside HVAC sales experience, be proficient with estimating software and MS Office, and possess strong relationship-building skills to drive revenue and satisfaction. Travel required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of outside HVAC sales experience.
• Bonus for experience estimating mechanical labor and material costs.
• Proficient using estimating software and MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledge of duct design and HVAC systems.

At Yost and Campbell, we have a very strong client base and aggressively market to provide a steady workflow throughout the year. We are looking for an additional Sales Consultant to support and help grow our client base.

• Communicate to find the right solutions for our client’s need.
• Perform building load calculations.
• Properly prepare and define scopes of work and estimates for projects.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of manufacture incentives, tax credits and rebates available.
• Follow up with clients to ensure 100% satisfaction.

Bonus if you have experience estimating mechanical labor and material costs, demonstrated relationship building and revenue generating experience, minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience in the HVAC industry, proficient using estimating software, Power Point, Excel, Outlook & knowledge of duct design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000 - $200,000 per year
