Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (in-home or HVAC preferred).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with strong accountability.
• Experience with CRM systems (ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or similar).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home HVAC and home comfort consultations.
• Build trust and educate homeowners on their options.
• Present solutions including equipment and financing options.
• Manage the full sales process from consultation to close.
• Coordinate with installation and service teams for smooth project handoff.
• Participate in home shows, community events, and lead opportunities.

This is a consultative, in-home role where you will meet with customers, understand their needs, and guide them through solutions that fit their home, comfort, and budget.
