You will close sales while delivering exceptional service, maintain detailed records in ServiceTitan, and meet or exceed sales targets. California license required; company vehicle provided; strong earning potential with commission.

Qualifications

Active California H.I.S. (Home Improvement Salesperson) License - Required
Minimum 5 years of HVAC sales experience preferred
Proven track record in residential HVAC sales
ServiceTitan experience preferred
Strong HVAC knowledge and excellent communication skills
Valid California driver's license with clean record

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners for in-home consultations and sales appointments
Evaluate existing HVAC systems and identify replacement/upgrade opportunities
Present customized solutions and financing options in person
Handle all company-furnished leads professionally and communicate disposition to Sales Manager
Generate at least 25% of your own leads through referrals
Be in the office by 7:00 AM and call in every three hours while in the field
Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan
Consistently achieve sales goals and high customer satisfaction

Full-Time Employee Position Base Pay + Commission | Strong Earning Potential

We specialize in the installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and light commercial HVAC systems, with a strong commitment to providing honest recommendations and repairing equipment whenever practical.

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Home Comfort Advisor with a proven track record of residential HVAC sales.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $17.00 per hour ($35360 annually)
Commission: 3% - 4% - 6% - 8% (tiered / performance-based, uncapped)
- Annual earning potential up to $200,000 with uncapped commission
Paid Holidays: 7 paid days per year
PTO / Sick Leave: earned at 1 hour per 30 hours worked (per California requirements)
401(k): Company match up to 4%

Paid Time Off (PTO)

1 week (5 days) during the first year
2 weeks (10 days) after Year 1

Position Overview

As a Home Comfort Advisor, you will conduct in-home consultations, evaluate customer needs, present customized HVAC solutions, and close sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners for scheduled in-home consultations and sales appointments
Evaluate existing HVAC systems and identify replacement/upgrade opportunities
Present customized solutions and financing options in person
Handle all company-furnished leads professionally and communicate disposition to Sales Manager
Generate at least 25% of your own leads through referrals
Be in the office by 7:00 AM and call in every three (3) hours while in the field
Familiarize yourself with the company's payment terms and clearly communicate them to customers when a contract is signed
Maintain accurate records in ServiceTitan
Consistently achieve sales goals and high customer satisfaction

Important Agreement Terms

In consideration of the compensation and benefits package, the Home Comfort Advisor agrees not to contact or solicit business from any of the company's customers for a period of two (2) years following termination of employment.
