Reynolds Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air is seeking a Comfort Advisor to conduct in-home HVAC and home comfort consultations in Eugene and Corvallis/Albany, Oregon. This consultative, in-home role helps homeowners compare options, build trust, and select solutions that fit home, comfort, and budget.

The position offers lucrative uncapped commissions with strong earning potential, a company vehicle, and 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision for employees (with dependent coverage

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, in-home or HVAC preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Self-motivated with strong accountability.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• Experience with CRM systems (ServiceTitan, Salesforce, or similar).
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home HVAC and home comfort consultations.
• Build trust and educate homeowners on their options.
• Present solutions including equipment and financing options.
• Manage the full sales process from consultation to close.
• Coordinate with installation and service teams for smooth project handoff.
• Participate in home shows, community events, and lead opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up activity.
