Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills.
• Prior exposure to HVAC and mechanical equipment is beneficial.
• Must have strong verbal and listening communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette.
• The ability to solve problems and act with appropriate urgency.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on existing accounts and assist with contract renewals.
• Attend On-Site Kick-Offs and strengthen customer relationships.
• Document customer responses and impressions accurately.
• Perform site surveys to ensure service quality.
• Present current service offerings and enhanced PM services when possible.
• Report findings and monitor maintenance data to leadership.
