About This Role

As an HVAC Chiller Technician, you will impact our customers by ensuring their comfort through installations, repairs, and maintenance of commercial HVAC systems. This role offers opportunities to work independently and as part of a team, perfect for someone passionate about their trade and eager to advance their skills.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in startup and commissioning of new units.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshoot malfunctions, and conduct scheduled maintenance.
• Review and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong customer relationships and escalate issues when necessary.
• Prioritize safety by adhering to licensing, safety training, and hazard recognition.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License
• EPA Refrigerant Certification
• 5+ years HVAC experience, including chillers
• Ability to pass a Building Trades Journeyman exam
• Physical ability to lift 50lbs and perform extended periods of standing, crawling, sitting, and squatting
• Union membership or willingness to join

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 30 Certification
• Knowledge of building automation controls (BOMAC)
• Experience with data centers
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of ServiceMax

Pay Range

$23.60 - $66.00 per hour
