Grande Aire Services, Inc. in Southwest Florida is seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Change-Out Installer to supervise daily installation activities, ensure safety, and deliver high-quality craftsmanship.

The role requires 3-5+ years in HVAC installation, EPA certification, valid driver's license, and the ability to work in hot conditions. A company truck, medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) with match, and ongoing training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of HVAC installation experience
• EPA Certification
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in Southwest Florida climate
• Valid driver\'s license and background check required
