Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• 3+ years of residential apartment maintenance experience.
• Experience supervising or leading service technicians.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work from heights or tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and lead a team of service technicians.
• Schedule and manage all maintenance operations, including work orders and preventive maintenance.
• Oversee contractors and vendors; manage inventory and supply ordering.
• Ensure high-quality unit turnovers and on-time readiness; maintain accurate maintenance logs.
