Greystar is seeking a Service Technician at our Rancho Santa Margarita, CA property to maintain and repair the physical aspects of the buildings and grounds, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality of common areas.

Requires 1-2 years of property maintenance experience, EPA Type 1/2 or Universal, HVAC experience, and proficiency with Yardi/Leonardo247/Happy Co. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property maintenance experience required.
• EPA Type 1/2 or Universal certification; CPO preferred.
• HVAC diagnostic and repair experience.
• Experience with property management software (Yardi/Leonardo247/Happy Co).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from residents and perform preventative maintenance.
• Finish the make-ready process for vacant apartments and coordinate punch lists.
• Procure materials, track inventory, and notify supervisor for reorders.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Assist cost-containment by repairing rather than replacing parts.
