Job summary

Greystar, based in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Service Technician to maintain buildings, grounds, and amenities to meet safety and quality standards. The role supports repair work, preventive maintenance, and documentation for service requests.

The position requires 1–2 years of property maintenance experience, HVAC/plumbing/appliance repair skills, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver’s license for on-site tasks. Housing discount is available.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property maintenance experience required.
• HVAC, Plumbing, Appliance repair and electrical experience required.
• EPA 1 & II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors as needed.
• Track inventory, restock materials, and notify supervision about re-ordering needs.
