Job summary

Fairfield Homes, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Property Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of Columbus area properties, including Marysville, Delaware, Gahanna, and Reynoldsburg.

The role focuses on maintaining safe, attractive communities and delivering excellent resident service. Candidates should have at least five years of regional or multisite maintenance experience, two years in a supervisory role, and Universal EPA HVAC certification.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of property maintenance experience, regional or multisite.
• Two (2) years of direct management experience or completion in a management program.
• Universal EPA HVAC certification or ability to acquire within one year.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maximize life and value of physical assets across the portfolio.
• Deliver the highest level of service to residents and guests.
• Perform and oversee all repair and maintenance services in your portfolio.
• Maintain safe conditions and curb appeal throughout your portfolio.
• Acquire, manage and retain on-site talent including hiring and training.
