Job summary

Fairfield Homes, Inc. is seeking an experienced Property Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a Galion area portfolio of properties, including Marion and surrounding areas. You will lead a team of Community Service Technicians, perform repairs, manage maintenance requests, and ensure safety and curb appeal across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of property maintenance experience, 2+ years of supervision, and HVAC certification (Type II/III or Universal). Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Five years of property maintenance experience at multisite or large sites (500+ units).
• At least two years of direct management experience or completion of a qualifying management program.
• Universal EPA HVAC certification or ability to obtain within one year of hire.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical and general repairs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Maximize life and value of physical assets across the portfolio.
• Deliver the highest level of service to residents and guests.
• Perform and oversee all repair and maintenance services in the portfolio.
• Maintain safe conditions and curb appeal throughout the portfolio.
• Recruit, train, evaluate performance and manage on-site staff.
