Fogelman is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance requests and repairs for the properties and grounds, delivering excellent resident service. You will handle make-readies, maintain tools and supplies, and assist with preventive tasks while following safety policies and responding to emergencies when needed.

This on-site role requires HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, tool use, and computer/system proficiency; weekend on-call duties may apply to keep properties in top condition.

Competenze

• Three years of apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification (Type 1 & 2 or Universal).
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred.
• Proficient in plumbing, HVAC, electrical and appliance repair.

Mansioni

• Complete service requests as assigned.
• Complete all make-ready units.
• Care for equipment and inventory.
• Supply personal tools and maintain work area.
• Assist in preventive maintenance projects.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Service Director.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergencies.
• Communicate positively with residents, vendors, and coworkers.
• Adhere to safety policies; weekend work may be required.
