Job summary

The Mahaffey Company is seeking a Maintenance Tech – HVAC Certified to support the on-site team at the property. This role reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and works with the Executive Director to ensure high-quality building maintenance and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities include HVAC troubleshooting and repair, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks. A valid HVAC license and EPA certification are required, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable

Qualifications

• EPA Universal Technician License is required.
• Two years of experience in multifamily housing is preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Proficiency in English communication is essential.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC maintenance and oversee building systems.
• Troubleshoot/repair HVAC components and electrical systems.
• Repair plumbing, appliances, and carpentry as needed.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards on site.
• Operate company golf carts and related equipment.
