Forest Properties Management, Inc. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for our Audubon Cove property in Ft. Myers, FL.

The technician will perform a range of maintenance tasks across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool, and general upkeep, collaborating with a team to keep the community in top condition. Qualified candidates have HVAC or appliance repair experience, at least one year in related trades, and the ability to lift 75 lbs. or more.

Qualifikationen

• Must have one year experience in carpentry, flooring, plumbing, electrical, painting, and pool maintenance.
• Some HVAC or appliance repair experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Ability to lift 75 Lbs. or more, and engage in physical activities such as walking, lifting, crouching, bending, reaching small spaces, standing prolonged periods.
• Good organizational skills with the ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Bring your own tools and must have reliable transportation.
• Eligibility to work in the USA and provide proof.

Aufgaben

• Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, HVAC repairs, snow plowing, pool maintenance, and light cleaning/mopping as needed.
• Ensure all service requests are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Perform work necessary to make vacant apartments ready for lease. This includes cleaning and handling trash.
• Report any building, ground, or system issue to supervisor for further corrective action.
• Ability to communicate and work well with residents, colleagues, administrative staff, and vendors.
• Work a rotational on-call schedule, including overtime and weekends as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
