Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in property maintenance or equivalent fieldwork.
• Hands-on experience with plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and landscaping.
• Must furnish own tools and have transportation to pick up parts.

Responsibilities

• Address maintenance requests promptly.
• Communicate status of service requests to residents and staff.
• Maintain property and correct unsafe conditions.
• Keep maintenance records and ensure make-ready repairs are on schedule.
• Perform groundskeeping and adjust to weather needs.
• Travel for parts and supplies as needed.
