Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Maintenance Technician – HVAC Certified for on-site assignment. The role involves hands-on maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances, with daily service requests and routine preventive tasks.

Only candidates with HVAC certification and 1–3 years of experience should apply. Good communication and a willingness to work on-call are required. This temporary position starts ASAP and runs for at least two weeks.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, carpentry, painting, and masonry.
• Complete work orders, preventive maintenance, and apartment turnover/preparation.
• Maintain grounds and property curb appeal.
• Respond to urgent maintenance needs and participate in on-call rotation.
• Provide professional customer service to residents and staff.
