Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a diligent HVAC Maintenance Technician to perform daily facility inspections and routine HVAC system maintenance. You will respond to after-hour calls and coordinate with third-party contractors as needed.

The role requires strong communication with property management, the ability to complete work orders promptly, and hands-on troubleshooting of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues. Travel to sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Customer service orientation to address property management needs.
• Ability to complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues.
• Perform minor HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs as required.
• Collaborate with Service Department to develop effective solutions.
• Knowledge of building maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Familiarity with tools, equipment, and materials used in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections of the facility.
• Maintain and repair building HVAC systems and equipment.
• Coordinate with third-party contractors for non-HVAC repairs.
• First point of contact for after-hours and emergency calls.
• Maintain a clean facility and ensure safety compliance.
• Travel to different locations for maintenance tasks when required.
