Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and moderately complex HVAC maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and correct mechanical systems.
• Assist in commissioning and balancing HVAC systems.
• Support PM schedules, documentation, and code compliance.
• Install basic heating and air conditioning equipment.
• Respond to service calls with efficiency and accuracy.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to facility emergencies as required.
• Other duties as assigned.
