Job summary

Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to maintain and service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on site. You will perform preventive maintenance, ductwork repairs, refrigerant handling, and water piping tasks while adhering to safety policies and company standards.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, HVAC certification, and ARI credentials. The role requires mechanical aptitude, physical endurance, and the ability to read

Qualifications

• HVAC, electrical safety, tubing, pipe fittings, rotating machinery and basic plumbing.
• ARI certification is required.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics and operate in a safe work environment.
• Physical ability to perform duties including lifting up to 25 lbs and working in tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Maintain preventative maintenance schedules for HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with managers to keep systems in peak condition.
• Perform ductwork modifications and repairs; brazing, soldering, evacuation and recharge of refrigerants.
• Inspect and service water piping; insulation work as needed.
• Complete work orders promptly and ensure quality and safety compliance.
